Childcare
Quality childcare provided by a team of highly trained staff is available through both drop-in services and appointments, and can best be utilized when using other Parenting Pathways programming. While visiting the Kid’s Zone, your child will engage in fun activities, enjoy healthy refreshments, and have a chance to interact with other children. Our trauma-informed staff is equipped to manage an array of behaviors.
Kid’s Zone
Kid’s Zone respite childcare is open to all families in the Box Elder County, no eligibility required.
- 2-hour childcare offered 3 times a week
- Appropriate staff-to-child ratio
- Healthy refreshments offered
- Reading corner
- Staff is trauma-informed and equipped to manage an array of behaviors
- Cannot accept school-aged children during school hours
- Childcare can be used while families use other Parenting Pathways programs
Adoption Respite
Parenting Pathways offers Adoption Respite for families who have adopted or fostered a child. Care is available for all children in the family, not only those who have been adopted or fostered. Available as drop-in care or by appointment.
